How long will my carpet take to dry?
There is no single drying time for every carpet.Fibre type, the cleaning method, ventilation and weather all matter.JR will discuss drying and when to use the room again for your particular clean.
Can I include stairs and several rooms?
Yes.Add each area to the same cleaning basket so JR can assess the complete job.Include landings and hallways in your request, and check the list before sending it.
Will you move the furniture?
Tell us what is in each room and what you can move before the visit.Furniture movement and access need to be agreed with JR; heavy or delicate items should not be assumed to be included.
Will cleaning remove every mark?
Some stains, colour changes and wear are permanent.Photos and information about previous treatments help JR assess the marks, but complete removal cannot be promised.
