A closer look at the job
The first photograph shows visible pale residue on the carpet beside the fireplace. The second shows the same part of the room after the work, with the affected area looking more even.
This is a specific spot-treatment example from JR’s own work.It is useful to see the surrounding carpet as well as the mark: a close-up alone does not show the full area that needs attention.
Wax, its colouring and the carpet material all need to be considered when discussing another spill.Tell JR what happened and whether you have already tried a product or treatment.
A photographed result from one job is not a promise for every stain.JR will assess your carpet and discuss what may be achievable before agreeing the work.
