Why does the grout still look dark after mopping?

Can you clean natural stone tiles?
Suitable natural stone is included in JR’s floor-care services.The stone and finish must be assessed first; please do not assume the same treatment suits every tile.
Will cleaning repair cracked grout?
Cleaning and repair are different tasks.Tell JR about cracks, loose tiles or missing grout so expectations can be agreed before the visit.
